The tigers are scheduled to play ttreviso at 2000hrs Friday 181013.i have been contacted by leicester asking if hoylake rugby juniors would like to be the guard of honour again.we would need 15-20 kids and be there by 1830 for health and safety briefing -as last time.

I have provisionally costed a 49 seater coach (with toilet).total price £675 (£75 discount as we used the same company last year).lift off from hoylake about 1500 hrs and depart leicester 2200hrs.

Clearly there are several issues:

Kids getting out of school early and needing 15/20 kids to do the guard of honour.

If We charge say £30 per person x 49 seats should make a profit of £795.the kids tickets will cost £5 each x 20 kids -£100.
Total profit =£695.

Your thoughts please/deposits needed/put it on the website ASAP/it is open to all the club etc.would be good to see club members other than juniors related travelling.

I shall now pursue other supermarkets etc for fundraising opportunities.
